This video offers resume and cover letter dos and don’ts in a lively, attention-getting format for high school students. It offers current advice for getting an interview by having a professional resume and cover letter. This video is arranged so that you can stop the tape and discuss the details of each topic segment, or you can have your students complete a resume/cover letter as you work through the video. There is a “functional format” experience section that is not applicable to teenagers but it provides good exposure (or you could fast-forward through this section of tape).
